Z-Code

Z-Code is data analysis software suite for powder diffraction data (time of flight/angle-dispersive neutron diffraction, laboratory/synchrotron X-ray diffraction) developed by the Z-Code team. Z-Code includes the Rietveld method, the Pawley method, the Maximum Entropy method, the Hanawalt method, peak search, a crystallographic visualization tool, indexing, etc.

At present, Z-Rietveld (Rietveld analysis, Pawley analysis, Maximum Entropy analysis), Z-3D (visualization) and Conograph (indexing) are supplied in both macOS and Windows.
