1. As for the basis vector of the propagation vector, fixed the problem in writing constraint formula.
If the labels of the basis vectors are overlapped, they will be colored red.
2. When you specify individual scale factors in the diffractometer slab, and when you
do input the value but do not push return key, it sometime go back in 1.1.8. It was fixed in 1.1.9
3. When reading a CIF file, comments were not skipped correctly, but it was fixed this time.
