・強度０のデータを読み込み時にヒストグラムから除外しました。
・ヒストグラムの書きだし時に、tof、twothetaの値が、小数第2位までしか書き出されなかった問題を修正しました
・macOS 10.15で、ヒストグラムビューのIGOR連携ボタンを押した時に、連携できなくなっていた問題を修正しました
・CollinearのTransformが、正しく動かなくなっていた問題を修正しました
・デバッグメニューの精度優先メニューを日本語以外の環境で利用できるようにしました
